Revel My Trip 

As the world shifted its focus to cope with the prolonged pandemic contingencies, we got into a phase of introspection and evaluation. This helped immensely to invent the future in a world where mental resilience emerged as a major tool to deal with not only “a pandemic like situation” but also to combat depression, anxiety and eating disorders. While our activities almost came to a standstill, we kept talking to our community to map their needs during this period of isolation to evolve newer programs. We are now ready to focus more on virtual programs along with periodic onsite workshops and events. Support Groups and Mentoring to evolve as a major empowering efforts from Tripta Foundation. Leveraging technology and digital tools, we are now aiming for a global outreach with better understanding of our target community members. 

Our activities are designed and framed for victims of traumatic experience and social hurdles constricting their psycho-social growth and enterprise and now come out of it to share their learnings and transformative practices to help others saddled with mental health challenges from social and other kinds of stigma.

Additionally, we are evolving a distinguished panel of compassionate practitioners, who would listen and relate to your journey thereby offering personalized guidelines.

There are two sets of stakeholders offerings and receiving curated guidance post matching their needs along with tools and practices that evolve over time. These include:

Those who revel their trip or life journey to empower others Those looking for mentoring or being heard to transform their journey forward, there will be online & onsite training sessions focusing on a list of tool kit items (the list below is not exhaustive):

  2. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  3. EMDR
  4. Art therapy
  5. Applied Behavior Analysis

Founded by Tripta – a social entrepreneur researching and interfacing with community members impacted by mental challenges and subject to depression created by the stigmatized environment around them. 

Besides founder Tripta, other associated and supporting this cause as volunteers are Phaedrana Jones, Bonnie Starnes and others as we are busy recruiting committed champions of our cause. 

The team also include content and program coordinators alongside healing strategists who themselves underwent the challenges that the foundation is attempting to address.
